“To me, Atlantis has always represented the imagination embodied,” said Kelsey Montague. “Getting to work on this piece with Allan Wallace is going to be a highlight of my career.”

Expressing thankfulness for the platform, Allan Wallace – known for his emotive murals and signature “salt art” – said Montague brought beauty, energy and an indescribable light to the project.

The mural is part of the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board’s new “& More” campaign, which highlights the cultural layers of The Bahamas beyond its world-class beaches. By partnering with a homegrown artist with a global name, the mural beautifully embodies that message.

Joy Jibrilu, CEO of the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board, said the mural showcases the vibrant spirit of the people and beauty of the islands.

“Their combined vision has resulted in something truly special,” she said. “We know it will leave a lasting impression on all who see it.”

From Atlantis’s iconic Sacred Space by Antonius Roberts, to the marine scenes of Jamaal Rolle, the resort has long been a canvas for Bahamian storytelling. This newest addition carries on that legacy, inviting travelers not just to look, but to engage, snap, and share.

So next time you’re on Paradise Island, keep your camera ready. This mural isn’t just a picture-perfect backdrop, it’s a bold new symbol of Bahamian identity, one brushstroke at a time.
